Join our team as a Learning and Development Specialist and contribute to shaping a positive work environment. The Specialist should possess strong project management skills as well as previous work experience in a learning environment.
The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for administering, organizing, and conducting training and educational programs in connection with new employee onboarding, professional development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion programming. Training and development may occur in a classroom setting, virtually, or may be designed with a variety of learning tools and aids to encourage and sustain individual or team development. The Learning and Development Specialist will maintain records of training activities and employee progress as well as the effectiveness of the training programs delivered. As a member of the Employee Experience team, the Learning and Development Specialist will work under the direction of the Director of Employee Experience and will be responsible for other projects and duties as assigned.

The position could be based in Bloomington or Granite City, Illinois, offering the potential for a hybrid work schedule. The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $49,000 – $55,000 annual salary. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education, experience, local market conditions, and internal equity.
