About the Role

As our Learning & Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing a company-wide Learning & Development (L&D) framework that aligns with Templafy’s strategic goals and empowers employees to reach their full potential.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate L&D professional to build a structured approach to training and development across departments while working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative SaaS environment.
This person will be part of the People+ team, and will report directly to the Global Vice President, People, who sits in the Copenhagen office.

US Salary: $132,000-$156,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
