We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Coordinator to join our People Development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering impactful development programs for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design and instruction background, a deep understanding of principles of design and learning, and the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

Job Duties

  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to analyze and understand training needs.
  • Design, develop, and update training materials for groups like sales and support, ensuring clarity and effective communication of key concepts.
  • Develop engaging and interactive learning experiences, including e-learning modules, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), learning simulations, and other multimedia content.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in instructional design, with a focus on enhancing communication effectiveness in training materials.
  • Conduct needs assessments and evaluations, incorporating feedback to continuously improve the impact of training programs.
  • Work collaboratively with leaders to identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to existing training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to ensure consistent and effective communication across all training materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Graphic Design, Education, or a related field.
  • Proficient in using e-learning authoring tools and multimedia design software (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe, etc.).
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Creative mindset with a focus on innovation in instructional design.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies is a plus.

Compensation

The expected on-target earnings (OTE), which is comprised of a base salary and other forms of cash compensation, such as bonus or commissions is currently $61,000 to $73,000. This pay range is just one component of MX’s total rewards package. MX takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location, skillset, peer compensation.
