Purpose of the role:

To provide project administrative support to the Learning & Talent Development Team. It includes tasks in planning and scheduling learning programs, coordinating resources, administering records keeping and creating various types of reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule training programs based on training demand and available resources.
  • Assist on faculty resources management to ensure resources are well-utilized.
  • Process learning assignment request in learning system.
  • Maintain and ensure the training curriculum is up-to-date on the online platform.
  • Communicate with internal and external agencies, staff, customers, management and peers in a manner appropriate to your position at all times.
  • Administer HR support processes for the department.
  • Set up classes using internal Resources Management / Learning Management System.
  • Produce essential reports on agreed dates, outlining the essential data needed as requested by the client according to specified reporting timelines.
  • Complete tasks to achieve deadlines stipulated by the client in order to deliver the program objectives.
  • Manage learner queries, coordinate escalations in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
  • Provide value added services as appropriate for continuous improvement.
  • Raise any potential challenges or risks to the appropriate contact.

Skills Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS office applications, specifically Excel functionality and Powerpoint.
  • Experience of training administration and/or co-ordination.
  • Experience of using Learning Management Systems from an administrative perspective.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build, maintain and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, planning and controlling skills.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and within demanding timescales.
  • Experience of working as part of a team with a strong customer focus.
  • Detail-minded and excellent data analytical skills.
  • Advanced general administration and IT skills.
  • Strong command of English and Cantonese

Preferred Experience:

  • A related professional qualification or degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a learning administrator or other similar operational role related to learning and development.
