SUMMARY: Perform administrative duties on multiple projects simultaneously with ease, including the support of various LMS systems. Highly organized and detailed oriented. The ability to be flexible in work assignments and supporting other team members and the account groups. Motivated and eager to take on more.

  • Performs all aspects of LMS administration which may include:
    • Create/publish/archive online courses, add/delete accounts, set/adjust/maintain system parameters, add/delete resources as needed.
    • Complete daily tasks such as developing and sending status reports, responding to customer questions, assist in troubleshooting.
    • Contribute to the documentation process to establish consistent use of the system including email templates, reports, dashboards, and rule-based workflows.
  • Performs all aspects of web-based course testing, in multiple browsers, with multiple devices, noting any errors in verbiage, sound, graphic and spelling. Supplies completed feedback based on testing to the program owner, in a timely manner.
  • Provides customer service and technical/functional assistance to the Support desk and end users as needed on the customer line.
  • Proofreading skills and attention to detail experience is crucial.
  • Auditing expense reports for internal and external staff using Oracle
  • Multitask projects simultaneously. Communicate any concerns, issues or equipment needed to supervisor and offer solutions.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Web Browsers and meeting systems such as, Adobe Connect, Microsoft Teams, Web Ex and Zoom.
  • Supports Marketing Support Services with facility responsibility, meeting support services and some travel to support clients.
  • Willing to work in a team and independently as needed.

Physical Requirements:

  • Light Work-Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Light work involves sitting most of the time.
  • Physical Activities-Reaching, sitting, driving, standing, stooping, lifting, walking, typing, grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
  • Visual Acuity-May require close visual acuity to prepare and analyze data, view computer monitors, and read.
  • May require visual acuity to view surroundings and identify potential hazards to safety while performing essential functions of the job.
  • May need to view presentation screens and other visual aids in a classroom or other client setting.
  • Visual acuity to operate a motor vehicle.
  • General Working Conditions-Both indoor and outdoor environmental conditions.
