The Leadership Dev Learning Designer role will contribute at both a hands-on and at a strategic level to shape and optimize Meta’s learning experiences and resources for managers and ICs company-wide to build core skills critical to the success of Meta’s business strategies. With a continuous finger on the pulse of the needs of learners and an evolving understanding of manager capabilities and expectations, the Learning Designer will lead the full lifecycle of development experiences – from needs analysis, to design, impact evaluation, reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder management and socialization. The Learning Designer will have specific responsibility for company-wide curriculum on Feedback, Career Growth, and Managing Bias, as well as for the manager development curriculum. This role will also be responsible for the relationships needed to design best in class development experiences, managing SME relationships, and facilitating programs as necessary. This role will be involved in consulting on new ideas, and work closely with implementation and program partners to craft ways forward and move development experiences through to the maintenance phase.
