Reporting to the Director, Learning & Employee Journeys, you will lead and manage multiple training projects, spanning across different areas of the business. We’re looking for someone who can collaborate with stakeholders to create tailored learning solutions, facilitate engaging training sessions, and oversee vendor performance. You’ll design and implement blended learning programs, develop learning materials, track the effectiveness of our training, and support our learning systems. As a member of the Leadership and Team Development team, you will be responsible to:

  • Lead the intake process for training projects, ensuring a thorough understanding of requirements and aligning resources and timelines to meet project goals.
  • Lead and manage the planning and execution of various training projects, ranging from small workshops to large-scale initiatives, ensuring seamless operation and delivery.
  • Collaborate with client managers and key stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored learning solutions that align with organizational objectives.
  • Facilitate training sessions both in person and virtually, engaging learners at all levels below the executive tier with your expertise and enthusiasm.
  • Participate in drafting proposals and conducting evaluations for vendor selection, while monitoring vendor performance to ensure the highest quality outcomes.
  • Design and develop engaging blended learning experiences, utilizing a range of formats such as videos, e-learning modules, articles, and job aids to enhance the learning journey.
  • Create mock-ups, scripts, or storyboards for various learning materials, including videos, e-learning modules, articles, job aids, and learning environments, to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience.
  • Track and report on training activities, using data to assess program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement efforts.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of our learning management systems, contributing to efficient processes and an enhanced user experience.
  • Promote increased utilization of our learning programs and platforms, driving greater engagement and participation.
  • Prepare and coordinate regular reports and analytics that highlight the impact of our L&D initiatives, guiding strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Deliver work through effective partnership with our HR Business Partners and other Centers of Excellence (COEs) in HR to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • University Degree in adult education, instructional design, education or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in a Learning or related HR role
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles
  • Knowledge of various earning technologies including social, mobile, micro-learning and gamification (including Articulate, 360, Rise, etc.)
  • Knowledge and experience working with Learning Management Systems; preferably Workday Learning
  • Adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset and ability to work in a new and changing environment and learn quickly
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple initiatives and deadlines while meeting service level agreements
  • Relationship and stakeholder management
  • Effective communication and consulting skills
  • Ability to independently plan, organize, prioritize and execute multiple activities to efficiently meet business objectives
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail and proven ability to prioritize competing demands and priorities
  • Strong communications skills (listening, verbal, written, presentation preparation and delivery), including engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams and SharePoint
