Reporting to the Director, Learning & Employee Journeys, you will lead and manage multiple training projects, spanning across different areas of the business. We’re looking for someone who can collaborate with stakeholders to create tailored learning solutions, facilitate engaging training sessions, and oversee vendor performance. You’ll design and implement blended learning programs, develop learning materials, track the effectiveness of our training, and support our learning systems.
