Job Description:

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted.  No relocation is offered.

Overall Purpose:

This role is responsible for managing strategic projects within the Learning and Development Organization. This position collaborates with functional organizations to develop objectives for content of courses linked to corporate objectives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

This role acts as the liaison between the assigned client organization, training vendors and the Learning and Development organization.

  • Responsible for understanding the client’s business goals and identifying training solutions to improve business results.
  • Proactively identifies employee performance improvement opportunities that enable employees to perform their jobs and deliver business results. Responsible for recommending training, administering the training plan, and overseeing all training programs for the client organization.
  • Provides consultation to client leadership on all aspects of training, including determining priorities and influencing budgets.
  • Leads the design strategy and implementation of performance improvement projects/interventions.
  • May project manage training design projects or project teams.

Typically oversees the design, development and execution of training programs in one or more of the following areas: leadership development, management development, change management, client satisfaction, interpersonal skills, team development, communication products and services.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
