Overview

The Junior Training Content Creator is responsible for designing and implementing training programs using various formats such as online modules, instructor-led courses, and web resources. You will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create engaging, effective content that supports employee development across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
• Develop detailed instructional plans for online training courses and blended learning solutions.
• Create interactive and multimedia learning content, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and communicate project issues to managers.
• Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in instructional design or training development.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and course development platforms.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multimedia content creation tools, including video and graphic design.
• Knowledge of AI tools for content development.
• Experience designing leadership and organizational training solutions.
• Bilingual in Spanish & English a plus!
