Internship Program​ 

Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City — the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.​ 

Location: This position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.​ 

Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.​  

Reporting to the Content Manager, Global Leadership Development, the intern will support the administration and coordination of all Global Learning and Development programming. These include in-person and virtual offerings as well as micro-learnings, communications and marketing efforts for existing and new learning experiences. 

Key Accountabilities

  • Support and coordinate Global Learning & Development learning offerings (in-person and virtual)
  • Complete administrative tasks in support of Global Learning & Development offerings (Invoicing, proofreading, testing, etc.)
  • Communications and Marketing efforts for existing and new learning experiences, as well as reinforcement messages to support goals of job application and insight sharing.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in BA/BS degree 
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Strong problem solver, solution oriented, and agile 
  • Possess a growth mindset 
  • Team oriented with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
