Summary
The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing and developing instructional materials and ensuring the delivery of high-quality learning experiences. The Instructional designer is highly skilled in curriculum development and instructional strategies and performs a variety of instructional design functions related to the planning, development, and delivery of training modules and full training courses/curriculum. The Instructional Designer draws from the adult learning theory knowledge base, best practices, technology and tools to design interactive learning content. Manages multiple projects to design and build online, virtual and in person courses. The Instructional Designer collaborates with Subject Matter Experts to determine specific learning needs, define learning objectives and gather critical content. This role contributes to the success of learners by fostering their growth and development through well-designed and impactful instructional programs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the learning journey of individuals.
