We are seeking a creative and dynamic Instructional Designer to join our Learning and Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing engaging and effective learning experiences that promote employee growth and organizational success. This position will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create innovative learning solutions that align with Georgia-Pacific’s business objectives and culture.
This role will require 30% travel to sites throughout the US.

The Learning and Development team supports manufacturing facilities in Consumer Products, Containerboard, and Cellulose across the United States. We help employees learn and retain the skills and knowledge necessary to fulfill their roles, responsibilities, and expectations. For this role, we anticipate paying $100k – $120k per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
