Responsible for collaborating within and across multiple teams to assist in design and development of consumer-grade learning experiences that increase knowledge and capabilities across various disciplines. Assists in conceptualization and development of learner-centered content that drives performance, product fluency, and/or builds financial literacy. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Assists in content development, design, and implementation using best-in-class authoring tools and media.
  
• Collaborates with peers to build highly effective training and performance support materials, and manage projects efficiently.
  
• Assists in working sessions with leaders, peers, and SMEs to design, build, and stabilize learning initiatives, such as: new product development, evaluation, course maintenance, and process documentation.
  
• Communicates and coordinates design progress to partners – maintaining a facilitative approach, listening for both passive and active feedback and iterating based on that feedback along the way.
  
• Creates inclusive learner experiences, including using global accessibility standards and ensuring that all learners, regardless of identity, feel included and represented in the content.
  
• Develops online or print-based learning materials adhering to internal style and brand guidelines.
  
• Plans and executes deliverables, such as: surveys and interviews, conceptual visuals and prototypes, storyboards/video scripts, journey maps/experience narratives, content strategy/design documents, etc.
  
• Applies Agile/Scrum methodology to co-create products, test, deploy, and improve in an iterative fashion.
  
• Prioritizes and plans work, monitoring progress and documenting project issues through an online project management tool to ensure communication and quality assurance across multiple standards of excellence.
  
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Salary:

National Pay Range: $54,730.10 USD-$128,273.67 USD
