Your Opportunity
The Instructional Designer partners with departments to organize, consolidate, identify gaps and create training content. This position is responsible for identifying training needs based on skills gap analyses and developing educational and training material for new and existing employees. In this currently evolving role, the Instructional Designer excels in a high-volume, agile, corporate environment. The best candidate is highly organized, particularly good with communicating clearly and concisely, and has excellent project management skills.

Your Benefits
The base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000-$95,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
