What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain insight, identify needs and design learning solutions to drive behavioural change
  • Conduct detailed needs analysis to ensure content aligns with company strategy, business goals, and leadership concepts to represent Sephora’ cultures and values
  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers to storyboard modules based on SME input while researching, organizing and creating content in logical eLearning sequences for maximum learner retention
  • Ensure appropriate learning delivery methods are implemented to achieve the desired performance while implementing quality assurance processes to drive knowledge retention and application
  • Create custom graphics and animations to elevate learning experience and ensure content adheres to audio/visual technical specifications for mobile and desktop
  • Design and build modules while incorporating feedback from cross-functional teams

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2‐4 years of instructional design experience focused on eLearning and/or multimedia development
  • You have mastered a combination of creative design skills and technical knowledge – experience with graphic design, video, micro‐learning, responsive design, gamification, simulations, animation/motion graphics
  • You are tech savvy and proficient with various Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, HTML5 and CSS and expertise with instructional design, using either ADDIE or SAM methodology, eLearning tools and knowledge of responsive design and advanced actions, audio editing programs and Learning Management Systems
  • You have experience designing for a millennial audience with stimulating ideas – not your “traditional” eLearning design
  • You are flexible, upbeat and energetic – a self‐starter with the ability to quickly build strong partnerships and effectively communicate needs and challenges
  • You excel in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively while balancing multiple priorities efficiently
  • Great at expressing yourself clearly and creatively, bilingual would be considered an asset
  • You’re game for travel – up to 20% travel required
