About the role

The Instructional Designer / Learning Content Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and building blended-learning solutions for field employees and leaders at Wonder locations and production/distribution facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, build, and maintain blended learning content for our field employees and leaders
  • Write strong, measurable learning objectives and tie them to the business goals of the programs
  • Evolve Wonder’s blended learning strategy to the next level while partnering and collaborating with all the appropriate teams and stakeholders
  • Have mastery of adult learning theories, and how to apply them to common business problems. Knowing that the results are the key success metric.
  • Develop and evangelize best practices in training content development
  • Manage assigned learning projects to dates, schedules, and intended outcomes
  • Build PowerPoint presentations, PDF/Word documents, eLearning modules, videos, and LMS native content.
  • Develop “Facilitator Guides” and other resources to support train-the-trainer sessions

The Experience You Have

  • Proven track record of creating content for frontline employees and field leaders
  • Knowledge of creating and maintaining content in a rapidly changing environment
  • Previous experience working with a Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Proficiency with a variety of web-development/eLearning authoring tools
  • Strong communication, writing, and engagement skills
  • Analytical thinker with an ability to create effective learning solutions amidst competing priorities and constraints
  • Experience in creating learning solutions at a startup or high-speed growth company

Base Salary:

$122,000
