Instructional Designer – Adobe Captivate Expertise
Remote, 1 year contract
40 hours per week (business hours)
We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer with expertise in Adobe Captivate for a 1 year, full-time project. This individual will play a pivotal role in enhancing, completing, and building new eLearning modules for a military contract to deliver high-quality education and training materials.

Key Responsibilities
- Revise and complete partially developed eLearning modules and develop new eLearning modules from the ground up
- Ensure alignment of instructional content with learning objectives and target audience needs
- Collaborate with Army SMEs to understand training objectives and content requirement
- Create both detailed and comprehensive storyboards and review and refine existing storyboards to enhance instructional effectiveness
- Maintain clear documentation of project progress and updates
- Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with team members
Requirements
- Proven experience in instructional design and eLearning development (work samples are required)
- Proficiency in Adobe Captivate for the creation of engaging and interactive eLearning modules
- Prior experience in Army/military eLearning development is highly desirable
- Strong storyboard development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with SMEs and project stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Proven track record of meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality work
