Job Description

A data driven professional who is truly passionate about learning. You have 2+ years of hands-on experience strategizing and producing engaging learning solutions for client-facing organizations. 

You are very technical, eager to explore new learning strategies and have the ability to learn new concepts and solve problems thoughtfully and effectively. You are someone who has worked and developed content and learning experiences through modern instructional design strategies.

You have critical thinking skills, you know how to build great relationships, identify challenges and find solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and look at change as an opportunity to grow. 

As a Instructional Designer you will: 

  • Adhere to and propose optimizations to our content funnel process
  • Identify and analyze learning needs and then design, develop and implement training programs or courses. 
  • Be responsible for direction, coordination, implementation, control and completion of courses & programs while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.
  • Work with various Subject-Matter Experts (SMEs) and fellow L&D department team members as an instructional designer to develop course curriculums and materials
  • Initiate and create physical and digital training material and content (e.g. scripts / lesson plans / case studies / job aides / eLearning modules)
  • Establish and maintain formal and informal KPIs to track effectiveness of training programs and initiatives via qualitative and quantitative data.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working in Instructional and Learning Experience Design
  • 1+ years of experience in managing Learning & Development projects from beginning to end
  • 1+ years of experience working with Articulate 360
  • Skilled in Effective Communication and Problem solving
  • Experience in reporting on impact of learning outputs using a data driven approach
  • Effective in building relationships with stakeholders

At this time we are seeking Iowa-based candidates who can commute to our office in Cedar Rapids. Our employees work in a hybrid model and are expected to be in the office at least 3 days per week

In addition to base pay you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package.Final offer may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile, and ideal qualifications.
