About the Role

The Instructional Designer will be responsible for creating and designing effective blended learning experiences. You will use learning software and other technologies to streamline the training for our insurance professionals at NFP Canada.

What You’ll Do

  • Create learning objectives
  • Gather and validate content for learning modules
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Learning Consultant, Team Leads, and other team members
  • Build and maintain eLearning and blended learning assets utilizing Articulate 360
  • Follow training guidelines and best practices
  • Adhere to Adult Learning principles

What You Bring

  • Adult Learning certificate, Instructional Design certificate, or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience in training facilitation/design
  • Experience with Articulate, EasyGenerator, or other learning software
  • Strong facilitator and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles
  • Outstanding time management, attention to detail and prioritization are essential
  • Lifelong learning mindset
