As an Instructional Designer, you will design and develop learning content and business process documentation that support Premera’s purpose, values, and business initiatives. Your focus will be on regulatory, compliance and ethics, and you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with subject matter experts to develop instructional content. Your work will impact all employees and you’ll be encouraged to develop creative, informative, fun, and engaging content that may include, e-learnings/online training, participant workbooks, facilitator guides, PowerPoint decks, classroom activities, job aides, evaluation tools and business process documentation. The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience.
National Salary Range:
$65,500.00 – $93,900.00
National Plus Salary Range:
$66,300.00 – $106,100.00
