Job Description Summary
Bentley University is seeking an Instructional Designer to join our team, reflecting our dedication to leveraging technology and innovation to enhance student learning experiences. Join us in our mission to create transformative educational opportunities through instructional design that is inclusive and future-focused.
The Instructional Designer partners with faculty and other learning designers to create instructional materials and learning experiences for courses in all modalities. Applying expertise in up-to-date design practices and digital learning tools, the Instructional Designer works with faculty to create innovative, inclusive, and standards-compliant courses that deepen student learning and improve the student experience. This position requires an individual with the ability to create a vision and then transform that vision into comprehensive, engaging and creative resources that enhance learning.
The Instructional Designer also supports Accreditation and Assurance of Learning initiatives with analytical projects including faculty activity reporting and curricular assessment.
