The Instructional Designer is responsible for assessing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for corporate and operations employees that are consistent with the Krispy Kreme culture and values.

A Taste of What You Will Be Doing:

  • Designs, develops, and implements training programs and training projects utilizing various delivery methods (instructor-led, e-learning, video, etc.)
  • Facilitates training program needs analysis by conducting surveys, focus groups, and interviews.
  • Uses data-based training evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs and projects to deliver learning objectives and drive desired behavior change.
  • Collaborates with HR colleagues to enhance the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Helps manage the operation, configuration, and reporting functionality of LMS. 

Your Recipe For Success:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or similar area.
  • Minimum of 2 years progressive training and development experience; demonstrated accomplishments in training needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation to include technical skills, customer service; and leadership development.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, ADDIE, Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise, etc.) and Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Demonstrated skills in eLearning course design and development, group facilitation; performance improvement consulting; coaching; interpersonal effectiveness, and project management.
  • Excellent communication (oral & written) and presentation skills; positive influence skills; ability to solve problems and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment constantly changing.
  • Complete an instructional design project performance assessment.

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or similar area.
