Opportunity to join our Future Focus Internship Program as an Instructional Design Intern

We are currently seeking applicants who are interested in being considered for our upcoming summer internship program as potential Instructional Design Interns!
Who should apply?
- Applications are accepted from college students currently enrolled at an accredited college or university to pursue a four-year degree or to complete a master’s degree program full-time
- A four-year degree student should be completing sophomore, junior, or senior year (graduating in spring 2025 thru spring 2027)
- A minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 is is highly preferred

Duties and Responsibilities
As An Instructional Design Intern, You Will
- Create engaging educational materials for Employees and Agents in support of business and performance objectives.
- Collaborate closely with experienced Instructional Designers, subject matter experts, and various departments, gaining hands-on experience in the field of Instructional Design.
- Support the design and development of training materials and learning experiences by creating interactive course content for instructor-led, virtual, and/or self-paced online training.

Qualifications
Minimum Educational Requirements
- High school diploma, or equivalent, required.
- Pursuit of Bachelor’s degree with completion of sophomore year in a relevant field required.
Additional Experience
- Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
- Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software preferred.
