This position fulfills the needs of the Course Design Team with many tasks associated with the Learning Management System Blackboard and Student Information System Anthology Student. This position supports the course design team and system configuration of the LMS platform. The candidate will need strong technical, troubleshooting skills and be detail driven.Attention to detail is required with an ability to problem solve. Will be required on a daily basis to respond to support cases regarding the LMS, Anthology Student, Kaltura, Collaborate, HTML along with any other supported tools provided to faculty, staff and students.Be able to handle multiple ticket systems and respond in a timely manner demonstrating great communication and written skills. This is a Hybrid position requiring 2 days on site.

Bachelors or better in Information Systems or related field.
Experience
Required
1-3 years: Administrative duties as well as Instructional Design knowledge in an LMS system in Higher Education is preferred.

1 year: Blackboard LMS
Knowledge of adult learning principles, constructivism, facilitation and learner-centered activities in an online environment preferable.
2 years:
Able to design and manage the structure of online classes, specialization in using dynamic and interactive tools, knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Captivate, Photoshop,
Web 2.0 tools, Dream Weaver and other related applications.
