The main purpose of this position is to support the academic and administrative work of the School of Divinity (SOD) – Available to assist when SOD leadership requests any support.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
Qualifications, Credentials, And Competencies
A master’s degree in a related field is preferred, 5 years of administrative experience, institutional knowledge of Liberty, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications. Must have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, as well as a strong ability to work with and learn a variety of computer systems.
Effective communication both verbally and in writing. Ability to intuitively reason, analyze information and events, and apply judgment in order to solve problems of both a routine and complex nature. Excellent computer and organizational skills. Regularly lift 10 or fewer pounds. Proof of a valid Virginia driverโs license, an acceptable DMV record, and liability insurance is required.
