Job Description
Your Role:
Reporting to Invesco’s Chief Talent Officer, the Head of Global Learning & Leadership Development will not only provide strategic direction and management of the learning center of excellence but will also spearhead the creation and implementation of industry-leading development programs and initiatives. This role requires a visionary leader who can think outside the box and challenge the status quo to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
As an integral member of Invesco’s Talent team, the Global Head of Learning and Leadership Development will work with leaders across the firm to assess the needs of the organization and design and implement high-impact learning strategies to enhance the capabilities of individuals, teams, and leaders.
