As a facilitator on Stripe’s People Development team (part of the Talent & Development organization), you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional learning experiences for Stripes, with a particular focus on manager development. This role requires extensive facilitation expertise and the ability to engage participants at all levels in a dynamic learning environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with extensive experience in facilitating both virtual (Zoom) and in-person sessions, ensuring a supportive and productive atmosphere that supports Stripe’s mission and operating principles. Though the primary focus of this role will be facilitation, we are seeking a candidate with experience across all aspects of people development work, including high quality content design and effective stakeholder engagement.

In this role, you’ll be reporting into the People Development team, a sub-team under the Talent & Development function along with Talent Management and New Hire Programs.

Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. Pay and benefits
The annual US base salary range for this role is $140,000 – $210,000. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
