eLearning Developer Intern

The successful candidate is skilled and passionate around eLearning instructional design and development with prior experience building interactive and engaging eLearning for adults.

During the 10-week summer internship, our intern will be focused on learning Wisk’s 360Learning eLearning development tool and our Instructional Design standards and templates, and then will use department documentation (slides, standard work, etc.) to build out informative and engaging eLearning content related to the work that the Learning & Development Department does.  

In their spare time, they’ll also assist with the building of the department’s Intranet site on Wisk’s internal Google Intranet page.

What you will do:

• Build 10-15 eLearning courses in our LMS
• Assist in the design and development of our L&D Intranet Site
• Potentially help to upload and test 100+ vendor courses in LMS

Required Skills/Experience:

• Demonstrates proficiency in instructional design, experience in course design and development, familiarity with learning management systems, and a passion for the L&D space.

Hourly rate will be $20 USD an hour.

This internship role will be based at Wisk’s headquarters in Mountain View, California and relocation or housing will not be provided.

Eligibility Requirements For US

• Must be able to work on-site in Mountain View, CA
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US
• Must live in the US at both the time of application AND at the time the internship begins
• Must be either a rising sophomore, junior, or senior in college
• Must have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0, transcripts are required
• Must be an enrolled student at both the time of application AND at the time the internship begins
• Must be able to work 40 hours a week for 10 weeks (full-time for 3 months)
