As a successful candidate, you will:
This position provides Cherng Family Center for Integrative Oncology education coordination, project management and administrative duties for the Education Director of the Cherng Family Center for Integrative Oncology. Responsibilities include developing novel integrative programs, platforms, and resources for Integrative Oncology education initiatives, managing fellows and fellow related projects, managing competency assessments and timelines, scheduling project meetings, preparing reports, assisting with meeting preparation, assist with metrics tracking, marketing and promotion, and customer relations. Position requires flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, experience in project coordination, research skills, and education, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors. Must be well organized and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting multiple projects. Must have the ability to positively interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, remaining proactive, resourceful and efficient; a high level of professionalism is crucial to this role.
