About the job
The Editorial Lead, reporting to the Director of Content and Portfolio, is a key leadership role within Cloud Learning Services (CLS). In partnership with the CLS Portfolio lead, you’ll drive the shape of on-demand (delivered through Google Cloud Skills Boost, YouTube) and instructor-led content for CLS.
In this role, you work with vendors to ensure content quality standards are adhered to and collaborate with other teams to ensure content meets organizational goals. You focus on the needs of our learners using user feedback and content performance data to drive content, process, and tooling improvements. You’ll lead enablement efforts to ensure that CLS has a single shared understanding of what quality means, and how we get there.
The Editorial Lead also stays updated on learning content trends to maintain content that is easy to find, delightful to take, and frictionless to create and maintain.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$234,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
