The E-Learning Developer role is on the Epic Training Team. The focus of this role is on developing and maintaining learning assets. Major responsibilities may include collaborating with trainers to develop a range of instructional materials and use a variety of software to develop blended learning and multimedia training projects (primarily using Articulate Storyline and Captivate). In addition, this position will strive to ensure the instructional integrity of learning programs through systematic design and clear writing of scripts and narratives.
Position Compensation Range: $29.54 – $47.26 Hourly
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 3 years relevant experience. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Licensure: Epic Certification, or able to obtain within 6 months of hire date.
Physical Demands
Job requires sitting for prolonged periods. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly.
