The Director of Professional Learning Implementation plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer-facing professional learning experiences, strengthening partnerships, and expanding Kiddom’s impact through strategic collaboration with internal teams and district leaders. This role will be responsible for leading the implementation of Kiddom’s professional learning programs with current customers, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with each school district’s unique needs while also supporting sales efforts through RFPs, presentations, and pilot engagements.

This position requires expertise in launching and sustaining HQIM implementation across large, complex school systems, tailoring professional learning plans to local contexts, and tracking the impact of professional learning to drive continuous improvement.

What you’ll do…

  • Own the strategic execution of professional learning delivery, ensuring that all Kiddom-led training and coaching experiences drive measurable impact.
  • Directly manage and coach facilitators (both full-time employees and contractors) to ensure high-quality, engaging, and effective PL sessions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to district leaders and educators, leveraging your expertise to ensure high-impact professional learning strengthens HQIM implementation and technology integration for sustained instructional success.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to support RFP responses, sales presentations, and pilot engagements, helping prospective customers understand the value of Kiddom’s professional learning.
  • Serve as a thought partner for district leaders, guiding them in scoping meaningful, customized professional learning plans that align with their instructional priorities.
  • Model exceptional leadership skills, fostering a high-performing team culture that prioritizes collaboration, excellence, and educator impact.
  • Build and strengthen external partnerships that enhance the effectiveness and reach of Kiddom’s professional learning initiatives.

What we’re looking for…

  • 7+ years of experience in education, professional learning, or instructional leadership, with a proven track record of designing and delivering impactful professional development programs.
  • Experience managing facilitators, coaches, or instructional leaders to ensure high-quality training and coaching delivery.
  • Strong collaborative skills, with experience working cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and product teams to support customer engagement and expansion.
  • Experience supporting RFPs, sales presentations, and pilot implementations in an edtech or instructional services context.
  • Deep understanding of HQIM, instructional best practices, and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a strategic, solutions-oriented approach.

$90,000 – $120,000 a year

Salary range is dependent on geography, past experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.

Kiddom policy requires employees to be vaccinated before they visit an office or attend company events..

We have remote roles but in certain positions where office attendance is deemed to be essential to the role, offers of employment shall be conditional upon proof of vaccination.
