Job Description Summary
The Director of Learning and Professional Development will develop, implement, and evaluate training programs and initiatives. Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify learning needs, design effective training materials, and deliver interactive and engaging training sessions. Will assess the effectiveness of the training programs through evaluations and feedback, making necessary adjustments to continuously improve the learning experience.
In collaboration with the DAR’s central HR department, Core HR Talent Management team, DAR Services Training and Technology team, other University resources, CASE (Council on the Advancement and Support Education) will oversee and enhance synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences. The Director of Learning and Professional Development will create and leverage internal and external networks to maximize knowledge sharing among peers and other subject matter experts, as well as stay current with emerging and best practices.
