Position Summary:

Responsible for supporting digital integration initiatives currently in flight at NDC Solon as well as supporting the delivery of digital learning experiences within our organization. The overall objective will be to embed digital solutions into everyday decision support tools, with the goal of enabling diagnostic evaluation, predictive planning, and prescriptive decision making in everyday problem solving. Will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the creation and seamless execution of digital learning initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Integration and Data Analysis:
    • Support digital integration initiatives helping to connect manual/labor intensive data management opportunities to digital solutions
    • Collaborate with others to design and maintain data systems; this includes fixing coding errors and other data-related problems
    • Participate in the evaluation, intake, design, and integration strategy between multiple functions and data sources
    • Collaborate with leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop standards for data governance
    • Design and build visualization tools
    • Support the preparation of presentations and reports that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and recommendations
  • Learning System Management and Logistical Support:
    • Coordinate the creation & rollout of digital training, aligning with overall learning plans/requirements for client groups
    • Assist in administering the Learning Management System (LMS), making courses available, scheduling, and tracking completion
    • Run reports as needed, respond to audit requests, troubleshoot any errors, and provide tier 2 support to other operating companies and functional partners
    • Respond to audit requests for training-related information promptly and confidentially

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related Technology discipline
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with relevant systems / software to include:
    • Microsoft Power Platform
    • Microsoft Office and Microsoft teams
    • Azure or another cloud computing platform
    • GoMo

Experience:

  • Experience working with an industry standard LMS preferred
  • Problem-solving abilities: ability to analyze business processes, identify needs for digital/analytics solutions, convey those insights to non-technical stakeholders, and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment is crucial
  • Strong organizational skills: ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines is essential
  • Effective oral and written communication skills: communicate complex technical concepts and solutions in business terms to stakeholders & understand how to build reports for clients to illustrate relevant information in an easily understood format
  • Ability to manage peer and client relationships: good interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to work collaboratively with associates at all organizational levels to deliver results
  • Flexibility and adaptability to the changing demands and requirements of a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously; sound decision making and judgment
  • High initiative, self-starter, and able to work with limited supervision
  • Duties, responsibilities, and activities may evolve over time, requiring adaptability and flexibility.
