As Corporate Instructional Designer, you will lead the design, development and deployment of training activities that facilitate improved job performance and increased capabilities of frontline fundraisers on behalf of a diverse fundraising division. Partner with division and department leadership and subject matter experts to understand business priorities and learning gaps. Responsible for some or all the following: curriculum design and development, facilitation of group classes, development of on-line training resources, and/or one-on-one coaching. Help carry out our Christian organization’s mission, vision, and strategies. Personify the ministry of World Vision by witnessing to Christ and ministering to others through life, deed, word and sign.

You Bring
Degree in instructional design or related field or equivalent work experience (eight years). Previous work experience must include a minimum of 5 years in the following areas: corporate instructional design and development, using eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Rise or Storyline 360, and training facilitation.

Salary Range & Benefits
The full range for this position is $75,706 – $119,412 annually. This applies to locations with a market similar to our U.S. HQ in the Greater Seattle area. A different range may apply based on your work location. Typical hiring range is $80,000 – $98,000 annually. Job offers within the range are based on relevant job qualifications and pay equity.
