The Instructional Designer is responsible for supporting GM Financial’s learning needs across the organization. This individual will determine the best instructional strategies for training design, development, and delivery and carry out those strategies. This person will be responsible for internal department coordination to ensure consistency in creating training materials. This team member will determine documentation requirements and discuss with subject matter experts, information required to develop training materials.
Responsibilities
About the role:
The Instructional Designer is responsible for supporting GM Financial’s learning needs across the organization. This role involves consulting with internal customers from various business units to analyze, design, develop, deliver, and evaluate engaging learning experiences and graphic design solutions based on industry best practices and adult learning theory. The Instructional Designer will support the skill and competency development of employees and leaders to meet or exceed individual and team performance expectations and organizational business objectives.
