Our practice is seeking a highly Lead Writer with experience in developing and building impactful, scalable, enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in User Adoption, Storyboarding, Skill Gap Analysis, Learning Content Development, Curriculum Design, Learner Persona Profiling, Training Needs Analysis, and Instructional Designing. Above all, we judge success by the success of our team and the happiness of our customers.

Location: San Jose, CA – Hybrid 2-3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive learning content strategies.
• Supervise the creation of engaging and effective learning materials tailored to various learner personas.
• Provide expertise in user adoption techniques to ensure successful implementation of learning solutions.
• Conduct thorough skill gap analyses to identify training needs and develop appropriate content.
• Design and develop detailed storyboards for instructional materials.
• Create and manage curriculum design projects to align with organizational goals.
• Profile learners to understand their needs and preferences for personalized learning experiences.
• Perform training needs analysis to determine the most effective learning solutions.
• Develop instructional design plans that incorporate best practices and innovative approaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with product development and management.
• Utilize user experience and prototyping skills to enhance learning content.
• Ensure all learning materials are clear, concise, and aligned with company standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Salary And Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $68K – $114K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
