Responsible for needs analysis, design, development, and evaluation of engaging training in a variety of modalities, including online, virtual instructor-led or in-person learning, including leader materials, simulations, paper-based training materials, engagement components, workshops, assessments) to support various Yum products, people development, process or system initiatives.
