We are seeking a creative and innovative Associate Instructional Developer to join our team and play a critical role in crafting engaging, effective digital learning experiences. In this role, you’ll collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and global teams to develop cutting-edge training materials that align with our operational goals and delight our Krispy Kremers.

A Taste Of What You Will Be Doing:

  • Develop dynamic, digital training materials using tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Suite, and video editing software following storyboards.
  • Create and edit engaging video content to support initiatives like Limited-Time Offer Doughnuts, driving excitement and knowledge across teams.
  • Design visually appealing and easy-to-understand content tailored to diverse learning needs.
  • Partner with Instructional Designers and subject matter experts to ensure training content aligns with learning objectives, operational updates, and brand standards.
  • Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) to upload, manage, and track training materials, ensuring optimal user experience and business reporting.
  • Analyze training data to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

Your Recipe For Success:

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, Digital Content Creation, or a similar field.
  • Proficiency in e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite), video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects), Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid and global team.
  • A growth mindset and ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and understanding of SCORM/xAPI standards.
  • Familiarity with UX principles and have a passion for enhancing digital skills training.
  • Experience with learning analytics to evaluate and improve content effectiveness.
