In this position, you will help to maintain Sargent & Lundy’s existing training catalog by coordinat ing audits to validate course accuracy and revising course material s where appropriate . Materials could include Articulate Rise or Storyline courses, PowerPoint presentations , job aids, etc. You may also assist with developing supporting materials (job aids, handouts, etc.) for new training solutions. This position is focused on short-term/quick-turnaround assignments.
The Associate Instructional Designer position reports to the Director of Learning & Organizational Change and works under the supervision of the Instructional Design Manager . The Training & Development group is positioned within Operations.
Typical Activities Include
While this is a remote position, occasional travel to the Chicago office is required. The Instructional Design team has at least one in-office day per quarter. You may also be asked to come in to attend specific meetings, as appropriate.
