Overview:
We are seeking two consultants to support the initial planning phase of several upcoming courses for recent CS graduates and professionals in the workplace. The Consultants will focus on leveraging industry expertise to shape content strategies and course designs that prepare learners for practical, real-world applications in technical and business contexts. Our ideal candidate has strong communication skills, subject matter expertise, practical experience, and preferably training/teaching/writing skills.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Subject Matter Expert Consultant
Responsibilities Requirements
- Provide guidance for the development of a non-technical AI course for business users and a AI for engineers program.
- Recommend practical applications of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and AI tools in both non-technical and technical roles.
- Suggest onboarding strategies for integrating AI education into new engineering roles.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define learning outcomes, course structure, and teaching methodologies.
- Participate in discussions on curriculum direction for pipeline projects.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in AI technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Machine Learning)
- Familiarity with curriculum design for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong ability to align course content with industry needs and learner goals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with onboarding programs or training for early-career professionals is a plus.
Data Analytics Subject Matter Expert Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Advise on updates and expansions to courses, including:
- SQL Basics with SQL Server
- Python for Data Analysis
- Power BI
- Tableau
- Propose engaging and hands-on learning activities, datasets, and case studies for analytics courses.
- Recommend content for a new business analytics basics course for non-technical learners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define learning outcomes, course structure, and teaching methodologies.
- Participate in discussions on curriculum direction for pipeline projects.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Familiarity with curriculum design for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong ability to align course content with industry needs and learner goals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with onboarding programs or training for early-career professionals is a plus.
