Our expectations
Reporting to the L&D Manager, and in collaboration with our various SMEs, the Advisor / Instructional Designer will participate in the development and implementation of different learning solutions allowing the onboarding, development, maintenance or improvement of the skills and behaviors required to allow RONA Inc. employees to perform work effectively in a safe environment.
The Advisor / Instructional Designer will also support in the planning, coordinating, and the administration of learning into Learning Management Systems (LMS) and adhere to the defined content management strategy by following RONA’s processes and procedures.
