Job Description

The Learning Analytics Leader is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of learning analytics within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis techniques and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to analyze and report on the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a vision and strategy for learning analytics within the organization
• Lead cross-functional teams to collect, clean, and analyze data from a variety of sources including learning management systems, surveys, and assessments
• Use statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to identify trends and patterns in the data
• Communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner through reports, presentations, and other visual materials
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align learning analytics initiatives with business goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in learning analytics
• Contribute to the development of a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as statistics, data science, or education

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and tools such as Excel, SQL, and visualization software
• Experience with learning management systems and elearning a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
