DianaJonkman (Torch Talent Development)
My purpose in life is to create engaging learning opportunities that ignite true potential.
To do this, I utilize my over 15 years of diverse professional learning and development experience in eLearning, instructor led, blended and mobile learning. I've worked for a variety of domestic and global organizations to help them identify their performance gaps, and transform employee performance.
I've developed efficient processes in content design and development, which allows me to complete projects quickly, thus saving my clients time and money. A recent client saved $8,000 and it was their first time coming in on and under budget.
I pride myself on doing what is right for my client and my learners. As such, I'm not afraid to get in the trenches and walk in the shoes of my learners. All in an effort to better understand their needs and the needs of my client. This allows me to recommend the right training solution.
I would love the opportunity to work with you and your teams to transform how your employees learn and improve engagement.
