Pricing (full rate sheet for hiring organizations)
- Free plan — free. Post up to 2 active L&D job listings, browse the Talent Pool, and access the Career Board. $500 Talent Pool hire fee when an organization hires a candidate directly from the Pool.
- Unlimited Hiring plan — $299/month or $209/month billed annually ($2,508/year). Unlimited active job posts, no Talent Pool hire fee, and all Free-plan features. Featured placement is an à la carte add-on at $99/week.
- Featured job placement — $99/week à la carte on any plan to feature an individual role on the Job Board.
- Recruitment placement (employee) — 20% contingency fee on first-year salary for successful permanent hires. Pay only when you hire.
- 1099 contractor + EOR (Teamed-sourced) — 20% fee. Teamed sources the contractor and acts as employer of record (onboarding, timecards, weekly pay).
- W2 contractor + EOR (Teamed-sourced) — 35% fee.
- Client-sourced 1099 + EOR — 10% fee. Teamed acts as employer of record on a 1099 the client sourced themselves.
- Client-sourced W2 + EOR — 23% fee.
- No retainers, no upfront search fees, no monthly subscriptions outside the optional Unlimited Hiring plan.
How recruitment works
Before sourcing candidates, Teamed works with the hiring organization to align on four questions: what business challenge the hire is solving, what success looks like in the first 90 days, what skills and working style will actually make someone successful, and whether the right answer is a full-time hire, a contractor, fractional support, or a blended approach. This applies whether the organization uses full-service search, the Talent Pool, or just job posting.
Employer of Record services
Teamed legally employs contractors on the client's behalf — handling tax classification (1099 vs W2), payroll, benefits administration for W2 contractors, and federal/state compliance. Onboarding is typically 24–48 hours. EOR is available both for contractors Teamed sources and for contractors the client brings.
Recruitment timeline
Same-day for clear, well-defined roles; 6–12 weeks for senior, complex, or VP-level searches. Teamed agrees on the timeline upfront and updates throughout.
