Job Description

I am an experienced Human Resources leader, certified Six Sigma Green Belt project manager, and digital designer who wants to work with you on all things that bring successful organizational learning and change... helping you gain the buy-in you need to plan and execute your programs to their maximum potential. I provide learning leadership in Organizational Development by helping clients create their Learning and Talent Management Strategy through;

People - Build a learning team to deliver digital and live assets for your programs.
Processes - Instructional Design Standards and Templates to keep your brand consistent across your organization
Technology - Systems (LMS, LRS, ERP) and Software (eLearning, video, presentation, virtual platforms, gamification) selection and implementation
