The Training/Instructional Designer will be responsible for supporting functional experts in developing materials to support tool and process trainings for the WW Product Planning teams. 

This person will participate in design, development, and delivery of courses across various mediums, including audio, video, keynote, graphic/animated components and written documentation. 

This person will also assist in creating content and writing scripts in collaboration with SMEs in the organization

Key Qualifications

  • Storyboarding, authoring, and developing content for classroom and self-guided training courses using Apple’s learning management system.
  • Create micro training that are combination of video interviews, written content, and voiceovers – help compile trainings using Apple-based software.
  • Review and test current curriculum offerings, providing feedback, technical writing support, and suggestions for improvement.
  • Contribute to new curriculum or program ideas – Ability to identify learning gaps and propose creative solutions

Description

  • Demonstrated expertise in adult learning and creating simple to follow trainings using different mediums
  • Proven ability to understand new topics and convert into learning objectives/plans
  • Experience in video editing using iMovie/FinalCut and recording voice overs

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in relevant field preferred
  • 3-5 years in Instruction design/ training role

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $125,000 and $188,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
