GP Strategies has an immediate need for a Training Coordinator in Quonset Point, RI. This is a full-time, benefitted position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support day to day department operations within assigned training delivery area
  • Address customer inquiries/concerns regarding training and enrollment via phone or e-mail
  • Work with delivery partners to monitor hiring metrics for incoming employees
  • Coordinate leadership programs and new hire orientation for both Groton and Quonset Point campuses
  • Maintain employee transcripts in the client learning management system and follow-up on completions for quality assurance
  • Coordinate facilities, both onsite and off, in accordance with customer requirements
  • Coordinate catering in accordance with customer requirements
  • Manage training enrollment levels and partner with customer to maximize classroom and instructor utilization
  • Prepare enrollment and training reporting as requested
  • Complete scheduling and any special projects as assigned
  • Participate in meetings as required
  • Identify areas in need of process improvements and prepare recommendations for increased efficiency
  • Partner with customer to implement and execute new training processes and guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Experience in coordination/administrative service or related field
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Attention to detail and must be customer focused
  • Ability to be flexible amid changing environment
  • MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) – Expert level with Excel
