We are seeking candidates who are able to conduct training covering a broad range of mechanical subject matter. This is a full-time, benefitted, onsite position.

GP Strategies Corporation has an immediate need for a Training Coordinator to work in Greenville, SC at our client site. This is a full-time, benefited position.

The hours of the position are as follows:
Monday – Thursday: 10 hour workday (6 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) OR
Tuesday-Friday – 10 hour workday (6 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)

Job Summary:

  • Provide administrative support for our client’s training programs to include:
  • Answering phone calls and assisting walk-in clients
  • Preparing assessment reports for clients
  • Maintaining files and supplies
  • Preparing summary and status reports
  • Forecasting and scheduling classes
  • Coordinating instructor resources
  • Assisting employees with enrollment
  • Assisting instructors with preparation of class materials
  • Sending class notifications
  • Monitoring class enrollments
  • Coordinating class set-up including rooms, equipment, materials and books
  • Processing class rosters
  • Assisting in the development of advertising programs and services
  • Monitoring class evaluations
  • Greeting/escorting guests

Qualifications:

  • Experience in an administrative/coordinator/planner type role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) -Solid knowledge/experience with Excel
  • Experience with Access preferred; SAP/ERP/Oracle/SharePoint/SuccessFactors experience a plus
  • Experience working in a corporate learning management system (LMS) or an enterprise relational database preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 40lbs
