Backed by First American Financial Corporation, a Fortune 500 company, Endpoint has secured $220 million in funding and has operations across the US.Endpoint is looking for an ambitious Instructional Designer to create engaging and impactful training materials to empower employees to be successful in their roles. This role will work cross-functionally across the company with subject matter experts to create learning solutions using multiple modalities (including virtual instructor-led and self-led e-learning). The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is creative yet analytical and works well within an ever-changing environment.

As a Senior Instructional Designer, you will use your skills to:

  • Design training and learning solutions (e-learning, self-paced, job aids, instructor-led and virtual) based on adult learning theory
  • Collaborate and consult with subject matter experts and key stakeholders on the design and development of training materials to define outcome-driven learning objectives
  • Ensure training materials designed are kept on brand and deliver a consistent training experience
  • Utilize e-learning authoring tools (such as Articulate 360/Rise and Camtasia) to build engaging learning experiences that include assessments, interactive activities, simulations and animated videos
  • Partner with learning instructors and lead train-the-trainer sessions for the rollout and implementation of training solutions
  • Develop comprehensive measurement strategies for all learning solutions to demonstrate business impact and effectiveness
  • Create micro-learning experiences for existing employees on product and workflow updates
  • Listen, process, and implement feedback to drive improvement
  • Communicate clearly and regularly with project teams, SMEs, and stakeholders to ensure project work is on track
  • Drive and optimize team performance, engagement, and productivity by mentoring and collaborating with individuals within the learning and development team

You’ll come to Endpoint with:

  • 3-5 years of instructional design experience involving adult learning audiences
  • Well-versed in e-learning authoring tools (such as Articulate and Camtasia) and LMS platforms to create interactive and engaging learning experiences
  • Experience designing virtual-instructor-led training and leading train-the-trainer sessions to prepare facilitators to lead training sessions
  • Knowledge of learning & development approaches and best practices – and a natural curiosity for leveraging leading-edge practices
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with rapidly changing priorities
  • Solid project management skills including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, and proactive communication with stakeholders
  • Experience working with Docebo LMS is a plus
  • Experience in the Title and Escrow industry is a plus
